Mills to Wolves or Stoke for 4M
Kebe to QPR or France for 3.75M
Long to Bayern for 7.5M
Howard to Southampton for 400K
Hunt to Ipswich for 1.8M
Robson-Kanu going to turn down a contract and sign for Derby (compensation due)

Buying:

A Colchester CB no one has heard of for 50P
Filling the rest of the gaps with Academy lads

Profit - £17.5M

On the rumours website - but hopefully just rubbish.

Having said that negotiations on his new contract opened on 1st April and nothing has been announced yet, which did make me wonder if he had been made a better offer.

Source within the club has been told that if we get any cobined offers of £10m for Long, Kebe & Federici then Madjeski will accept.

Also this is apparantly a done deal (Jason Pearce in from Bournemouth) which would suggest that the club are also resigned to losing Mills to Wolves/Stoke or whoever.........

Cannot see what a "combined" offer would mean. Each player has a value and so club would make a decison to sell on the merits of any offer received. Cannot see why we would only be prepared to sell all three or none at all.

As for Jason Pearce he looks interesting. Bournemouth fans clearly regard him highly and he is their POTS so might be a good option if Mills does go (or even if he doesn't as we have lost Ingi and Khiz).

I gotta agree there sadly, I could write "Leo Messi to Reading FC" on the 'Sky Sports Your Rumours' page and get 100's of 'it's happening thumbs up' when it never will..

I quite agree but about 90% of the rumours printed in the newspapers are also made up, so I don't see the difference really. The R-K to Derby story is as likely as most on here. All I was doing was a summary of recent rumours - I certainly don't give much credence to any of them.

Depends what you mean by credible. Most newspaper stories are to sell papers and turn out not to be credible. That is why this section of hobnob is called UR and G. Anyway here are some links for you:

Although it may be hard to believe us signing a CB as well as keeping Mills could this guy be our no.4 CB in place of Kish and Ivar

Would be slightly nervous about having Pearce and Pearce as CB partnership!
