may only be a rumour but it would be nice to get one back for Sidwell, Ingarmarrson, Coppell, Brooker etc.

Hoop Blah There were a few noises about interest in Karacan before, and I can understand why, but if he goes it does show how players need to feel like they're at a club hoping to match their won ambitions.
I've said all along that the biggest mistake we made whilst in the Premiership was not showing enough desire to kick on once we'd had a good 3 quarters of a season. We didn't show enough ambition to get into Europe or to improve the squad and I think the players sensed that they'd all got as far as they could with Reading.
I'm sensing a similar feeling now.
IF Karacan goes to Brighton I'll be much more disappointed than losing Mills.
