SPECULATION: Louis Saha

by TBM » 29 May 2012 08:02

Just been released by Spurs, probably due to his comments congratulation Chelsea on winning the CL

Worth a punt, with no transfer fee we can afford to offer more in wages.

Would be class but could probably join any team outside the top 5.

Any source that he's been released? Also, if true, our chances of getting Defoe are now 0 (if they were any higher before)

West ham really are a bunch of pcunts.

Their squad got them to the prem (skin of teeth) now BigSam is all over the papers practically saying he needs a whole new squad. Thats flucking nice isn't it?

Have some decorum

Only finished 3rd in the Championship though so it probably means that he does need a whole new squad adding to Green,Noble,Tompkins and on a good day Carlton Cole.
As for the constantly injured Saha,no thanks.

He may be getting on a bit but he's been a consistent Premier league centre forward with four different teams over the last decade and could have a similar effect to Jason Roberts last season. His autobiography showed him as an intelligent, thoughtful and loyal footballer - head and shoulders above the majority of Premier league players, he's definitely a 'Reading type' player and could be worth a short term deal if Spurs no longer want him.......

Only his day a real class above a lot of PL strikers but like a few of the players we have been linked with on here so badly troubled with injuries it may not be worth putting your hopes on him

Rumour - Louis Saha

by YateleyRoyal » 06 Jun 2012 13:38

With Defoe now the only striker @ Spurs, meaning we are unlikely to get hime unless they sign a number of strikers, why not go for Saha? Clearly still good enough, would be worth a punt for the season?
