In Brian we trust, but I can't see this one happening as he was let go by Birmingham as a youngster and had to move to Scotland to get his career going. He has been linked with some championship teams which would make more sense as a progression for him as the premier league is a big jump from the spl as a lot players have found out. Also isn't he a winger? Surely we've got enough of those?

I seem to have the name Mass Sarr floating into my mind here, albeit that he does seem to have turned it on throughout a season even if it was Scottish football. Hmmmm, not sure. Defenders don't like someone running at them with pace but then would better defenders have handled his little tricks better?

Wow, some of that defending is atrocious! He does look pretty good, but I think the Premier League is too much of a shock to the system for SPL players. Championship play-off contenders will be happy with him.

I agree. The standard of Defending is often woeful. I could see him joining a decent championship side and then progressing from there Would probably be a risk putting him in a 25 man squad and then turning out to be extremely frustrating like Dean Morgan was for 4 out of every 5 games he played for us.


I remember as a 11/12 yr old kid and watching my 1st Mass Sarr game. Coming away from the game being extremely excited that we had found a world class talent. The games after that my enthusiasm dropped...

I remember his Reading career started off with lots of 'ooohs' and 'aaahs' but seemed to graduate on to just 'ohs' . I seem to remember also some huge spread in the Post because he moved down to somewhere by the river. Weird.
