Barry the bird boggler Come on Reading you know you've needed a striker or two for 3 months plus so why are you still faffing about 4 hours before the window closes

Royal Lady We'll only get the dregs tonight, unless we've been trying to sort out terms with someone for a few days.
Long, Doyle, Sharp - would take any of them personally.

Hoop Blah We may still be hampered by having Pogrebnyak and Roberts on the books and not being able to afford the wages needed for the type of quality we need.
I'm still expecting us to be dipping into the loan market once the window shuts and we know where we're stand with the others.

By which time we will have dropped further down the table. Even Bournemouth can spend £2m on a striker. We are just becoming a bit of a joke club. I though it would all change after Madjeski left but seems Squeaky ( look at my bargains) still rules.

Cobi Dellor says expect a striker before 11 but two deals went tits earlier. Looks like the loan market for the rest. What a fcuking disaster AGAIN!

2 world wars, 1 world cup It's quite frankly unacceptable.

The fact of the matter is that the fans will still turn out to watch our mediocre performances and until something changes, it will remain ACCEPTABLE.
Its complete bollocks. oxf*rd you hammond, oxf*rd you aton, oxf*rd you RFC.

If its true that two deals go tits up on the last day this is turning into a bit of a problem at RFC.
How can this happen in January and also now?
It suggests a real naivety. I don't remember this happening so often before for us. Are we missing Madejski's input?
It's quite frankly unacceptable.
