Damp Expert

Is anyone on here, or does anyone on here know of someone that can assess a possible damp issue with a fairly new flat?

It may not be damp and an issue with the venting, but i urgently need someone to assess a property?

Moisture tends to lead to a black type of mould growing on the walls and around the windows, or certainly did with ours.

We've just had all the windows and doors double glazed and the damp problem we had seems to have gone. Ours was due to moisture; the windows and walls getting wet and then mould growing on the skirting and windows sills. Even cooking made the kitchen walls wet for hours. Now the new shizzle has gone in, the windows breath, the vents are open and the problem has seemingly gone away, although not 100% I'm sure.

Have you taken any photos?

This was what we had to put up with just in our bedroom - before we went to bed.
