Row Z Royal When Arsenal and Man Utd were sharing the spoils for 10 years, we hated it, but there was always a grudging respect. I, for one, never felt that the wrong team won the league, but I have no respect for the way Chelsea conduct themselves.

arsenal and man u played with style and enthusiasm, chelsea jst seem happy playing for a 1-0 win

Can't wait till Boxing day when we play them again.I'm sure sparks will fill again between the fans.
Comparing Neil Warnock to the so called Special one is nothing.

Alas the sign of a defeated man when he posts an emotion instead of answering the critic. Perhaps you agree with us?

F*ck off Harold you c*ck.

Never had an issue with Chelsea before yesterday but as a mid 40's businessman, I could easily have got on pitch and slotted one of them.

Now have an issue with Chelsea!

Oh dear. Another bitter person. And if you're a mid 40's business man, act like one.

As I said b4, it's only football. The talking was done on the pitch. It's over now. Just calm down to a panic.

before saturdays match i was indifferent about chelsea....now my view is that they are scum!!.....for the first time in my life i will be hoping that man u win the league (behind reading of course!)....another thing aswell, i always always support british teams in europe without exception....or at least until now....come on barca!!!!

Jerry St Clair Our new local rivals, or am I jumping the gun a bit?

Certainly all the ingredients are now there. I bet nearly all of us working in Reading will have to face a Chelsea fan at work on Monday. And I've no doubt there'll be a number of heated conversations going on around the town.

Harold Reading's game plan was to be physical yesterday and stop Chelsea from playing - now you're all moaning Mike Riley gave us lots of free kicks and most of them rightly so.

Nothing like a moderate, unbiased viewpoint. There was hardly a bad challenge in the game. Even the Sidwell 'foul' that had Chelsea so enraged - his foot was only as high as Cole's.

I'm not the one being blinded by the fact you're all disgruntled you lost. There was always going to be something to moan about in this game by all Reading fans if you lost. Whether it was diving (the most obvious excuse you guys would come up with) or something else.

I don't think we would all moan if we were well outclassed, there is rarely this many angry posts after a game on this board, in fact i'm sure most would've commended you. But I for one fell robbed as opposed to dissapointed. You say that moaning about the diving is an obvious choice but why is this do you think? And don't say it's because of a bad or unfair reputation, there's no smoke without a fire. The FA have instructed referees to punish players for simulation which Mike Riley failed to do. This is deemed as cheating and you were able to get away with it on many occasions, albeit Riley's weakness was as much to blame.

and if Chelsea players are guilty of simulation it will be dealt with by the FA. it was only about a year ago, the likes of Man Utd and Arsenal were branded with the tag of divers. How peoples memories are so short. This comes with success I suppose.

I don't mind and I'm sure if Reading were in Chelsea's position you wouldn't mind either.

Sadly as we both know the FA will do nothing. They have a limp wristed approach to everything. Man Utd never really had the divers tag (other than Ronaldo obviously) and played the game in the correct spirit. And apart from Pires and Lyungberg (sp?) Arsenal were the same. Never before though in British football has a team been given this unfortunate tag.

People hated Liverpool in the '80's and Man Utd in the '90's because they won all the time but still had a quiet repect for them because of the football they played. People don't dislike Chelsea because of their success but because of their new 'style'. And Mourinho coming out with inflamatory comments which are rejected by pundits and ex-pros all over is completely out of order.

I'm with you Drive On! Disgraceful behaviour by the supposed Champions of England. Can't wait for the Russian to be sent to Siberia for tax evasion, have his company renationalised by Putin and the Chelski slum sink down the leagues once their puppet paymaster is no longer around to bail them out.

Still fcuking livid!

Looking forward to receiving a FOOTBALLING lesson from the Arse next wek, following the lesson in how to cheat, whinge and con we got from Burbs.
