Team training days

by Gregster » 05 Jan 2007 12:17

Tough one deciding if this was 'Team' or 'Club Policies' material......also, don't know if this has been mentioned before so please feel free to 'Dodd' me.

I wanted to go along to a training session next week (never been) but it seems the scallies amongst us have made this impossible.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to those involved.

Is this a new addition to the OS? Since they have been at Hogwood training has not been as open as at Sonning where I understand security was an issue, but they did still have days when it was possible to go and watch training. I suggest you call the switchboard (0118 968 1100) and ask, from memory it was usually a Tuesday and they had a steward there to oversee things like opening the gate for you 8)

Also it's a good idea if you're a budding football coach doing your FA Coaching badges, to observe how a quality professional football side like Reading actually construct their training.
