Are you sure???

I'm fairly sure the 95 playoff semi away at Tranmere and the final were both on terestrial.

The semi-final most definitely wasn't terrestrial as it wasn't on in Manchester - they showed the Bolton-Wolves game instead!! :x

It was on ITV you bellend - I have it on video.

I can concur with MOI on both counts - it was on ITV as I too have it on VHS (I guess they only showed Bolton - Wolves in Granada and Central) and Spacey is a bellend.

I was abroad at the time and as such have no idea whether the game was live on ITV, regionally or nationally although I think the 2 of you might be correct.

As for Spacey being a bellend, 100% correct.

Well, if they didn't show the game in Manchester, then it wasn't all over the country then, wouldn't it?

You're all bellends.

Errrrrr, I wasn't bitching. In fact I went to OT on the 30th Dec. I was just stating that that this is an opportunity, for all the people who were bitching that they couldn't get a ticket, to get one - hence this not "being the worst draw ever"

Hey, bellend, I never claimed that they showed the Bolton-Wolves semi final all over the country, just in Manchester. You claimed that the Tranmere-Reading game was on all over the country.

For what's it worth, as I thought Manchester was closer to Liverpool than Wolverhampton (as the game was there on that day, I think), I would have thought that they'd show the Tranmere-Reading game. But no, I was stuck with that sodding Wolves-Bolton game instead. Granada were oxf*rd. :x

Apart from a good set of gate reciepts/decent TV money, there isn't much to be excited about. 2 trips to Manchester and a trip to Middlesbrough in Feb :?

So many unhappy with the draw!!

If we are to win the FA cup (and it's not often a top 4 club doesn't) then we have to beat a Man Utd, Chelsea or Arsenal at some point.

I think it's a great draw. Massive crowd, great stadium, and although some think it's not such a big pay day etc, it's still around £750,000 in the bank that we hadn't budgeted for.

Durrrrr, "they" being Granada. You said terrestial, I assume you meant all of the ITV regions.

Luckily for me, you see, I had 565 points when the OT tickets 1st went on sale. And because of my points at the start of the season I didn't feel the need to get an AST.

Looks like you need to take your own advice tho.

Never assume. It was on terrestial TV. You claim it most definitely wasn't.

I wanted to go to as many away games as possible for a season, I didn't have enough points to ensure this. I put in for the AST. WHy are you having a dig at me?
