Good read here on the attitude of the team and that they are not looking ahead to their summer vacations yet:

Hahnemann 'surprised' by Reading's success

Goalkeeper Hahnemann, 34, said: 'Because we finished last year so strongly, even after we had won the Championship, we never took our foot off the gas.

'We took a lot of pride in that - just winning the next game. That was one of the mottoes that the gaffer keeps talking about.

This season we just carried on from last season - winning matches.

It is essential we now end the drought and get wins from our remaining matches or we are down next season.

[Obvious stuff and already said elsewhere]

Whilst I agree that your form at the end of a season can dictate how you start a new one - to say that if we don't pick up between now and the end of the year will see us relegated is a very big jump to make.

Can being the operative word but in general its a load of cobblers as look at the miserable way we ended season 2004/2005.

Given that example let's hope for a miserable climax to this season....!

One defeat followed by infinity wins? I'll take that.
