Did anyone else feel that the stadium was a bit poop?

My first visit there, and I didn't like it. Looks much better on the telly.
Even at 24,000, ours looks much larger I thought. And then we're set to build on to the stands and keep them one tiered. It'll look truly awesome.

I thought the stadium was OK - also plenty of areas where that could have squashed some more seats in but have not.

I reckon would have looked very good with the floodlights on of an evening game.

Aesthetically I think the Reebok is better than the Mad Stad - although the Mad Stad will probably look better when it's redeveloped.

It was a nice piece of evidence for those who claim putting corporate boxes all round the ground kills the atmosphere....

The ground had some similarities to ours but didn't impress me greatly. I like the fact that ours is essentially a Tardis - entering the ground half way up the stand as you do the impact of seeing the inside and how much bigger it is than the outside is something you don;t get at many other grounds.

Two questions..

Did anyone get a vid of the plonkers with the flags after Nicky Shorey
scored ????

Did anyone notice how the stand shook when we scored... each time...
was like an earth tremor....or did i imagine it ????

A little reminiscent of the Anfield stand when celtic fans jumped up and down and they had to shore it up afterwards
