The 17 Bus
Spotters Badge If I want to watch the reserves I can go to Aldershot and see them for nothing.

however that reserve team will not get to Wembley, tho TBH this one prob wont either.

It's a sad day when a cup game against the Mighty Liverpol is thought of like this, is football dying?

More a fact that we play the "Mighty Liverpool" in the League now anyway, so the draw is diminished esp when you know that both clubs are unlikely to be playing their strongest sides.

If we were still a CCC or L1 team we'd be wetting our collective pants at the moment.

Concessions? not that I am one but they should be charged £10, adults £20.

Only raise these cup prices (inc FA Cup) at quarter final stage if we get there.

Club should have a set policy like this. Just makes it easier all round.

Only problem is that whilst we can have that as a policy the opposition have to agree to it as well.

So what's the view ?
Have the club pitched it about right ?

Must admit I'd wagered on £20 so it looks a decent price to me, but as ever I'm sure HNA will have a range of opinions !!

They have got it spot on.

Will easily be a sell out and with SKY tv money, Reading should make a few quid.

Just hope we put out a decent side. Liverpool will have a reserve team, so Reading should go for it and put the first team out.

£18 is going to be too much for a lot of people IMO.

This Reading Reserves v Liverpool Reserves is getting rather tiresome. We met in this cup last season, the game was a cracker and much better than the league encounters. Decent players on show from both teams:

Reina, Peltier (Smith), Paletta, Agger, Warnock, Pennant, Sissoko (Guthrie), Zenden, Riise (Kuyt), Fowler, Crouch

Stack, De la Cruz, Gunnarsson (Sodje), Ingimarsson, Halls, Little, Bikey, Oster, Hunt, Lita, Long

Bikey and Oster played centre-mid and were excellent and Halls had his best game for us.
These are the games when you're happy to see Coppell be more experimental and hopefully give confidence to the likes of Fae, Cisse, Goldbourne and Rosenior alongside some of the more regular starters.

I don't think it's too bad a price.

Is there any mention of how many royalty points will be awarded?

At £18 it is quite tempting. Will have to think about it.

Not as bad as it could have been. However, I'm glad I've got Sky. So three loyal non-season ticket holders can have the benefit of the superior class seats with which we are rewarded for our cash up front at the start of each season!

As poll currently stands, they will only miss out on 36% of possible attendees.

No more than £20. Still think we'll struggle to top 20,000 at those prices.

Reading Res vs Liverpool Res and on Sky = Can't be bothered.

But I will be there because I'm a Reading FC arse whore.
