So that'll be PSV Eredivisie champions for the fourth season running.
In France, PSG in 18th, 3 points adrift of safety with four games remaining.
In Spain, Valencia are 2 points clear of the drop with six to go (one of them a match in hand away to Bilbao this evening):
16) Valencia 39 pts
17) Real Zaragoza 37 pts
18) Recreativo de Huelva 37 pts
In addition to the match in hand, Valencia do at least have the head-to-head and mini-league tiebreakers working for them so far (a win and a draw v. Huelva and a draw away to Zaragoza, with the rematch set for the Mestalla on the second to last weekend). Come what may, they're UEFA Cup-bound after winning the Copa del Rey during the week.
Pretty amusing in any case to see elements of the G-14 [sic] in trouble at this late stage.

They are onto their 3rd manager this season with Koeman getting no respect from any of the players. Villa has publicly stated he doesn't want to be there any more and Joaquin has also said to the press that Koeman is tacticly clueless and he doesn't want to play for him.PEARCEY wrote:Surprised Valencia doing so badly having been a fine side in recent years
Next week, Sivasspor at home to Galatasaray.soggy biscuit wrote:Turkey
Fenerbahce, Galatasaray & Sivasspor are all on 70 points. Fenerbahce V Galatasaray tonight and with them level on points, only 1 goal seperating their goal difference and 2 to play after tonight you have to think that the winner takes the title.
