Y25 Congratulations to JK - great experience for him

looked like a rabbit caught in the headlights for much of the game but got through it

Looking forward to seeing Rosenior back in action at QPR

Yeah i'd agree with that.

If Kelly improves physically and gets a few games under his belt to build confidence based on his performance last night he could well have a future with us.

He had Duberry looking after him until her went off, without that support there he still coped better than I would have expected him to against Jarvis.

Won't be long before he goes out on loan, seems to be the way (and the right way I think) that they deal with their young players. A month or 3 at a League 1 club would do him the world of good.

He's no more than a League 2 player. He's alright going forward but poor defensivley.

The new Ashley Cole then !

Hard to judge him on last night. Got turned in side out a couple of times early on but then settled ok and considering how much people were worrying about him by the second half I'd forgotten we had a rookie full back up against supposedly the best winger in the league....

Agree that a bit of filling out would help but he's a decent footballer, didn;t shirk and despite Wolves pumping high balls at him he did fine.

I thought he was fine, his professional career is only starting.
Proud performance from him and he was a'ok.
Assuming the fact that young players improve and if he stays injury free, he'll have a long career at a good level.

If he can work on his strength then he may become suitable back up, but he certainly wont worry Rosenior and probably not even Murty.

+2. He tried, panicked a bit. Got better. Was part of a scratch defence. Clean sheet. Win. That's not the worst debut.

What was the worst debut?

Simon Sheppard's debut was a NERVY, perhaps DISASTROUS debut.
Neale Cooper's was rubbish too.

Julian Kelly was fine, grew into it and didn't embarass himself, his mates/family or the Club.

That's all that counts for him I'm sure.

It was a seasoned professional for the other team that scored an OG and got sent off remember...

Skyline I hope they've got Kelly's shoulder sorted out. Be a real bugger if it popped out early in the game and he couldn't continue.

So, it's Kelly with the dodgy shoulder, but it's Lita who manages to dislocate his.
