Gunny Fishcake Excuse the grumpiness after todays performance , but what the bloody hell is going on with our ball boys and girls ? They are a joke , throwing balls onto the pitch not able to keep the ball under control , a absolute farce , so much so the ref abandoned ithe multiball system today !! Didn't know he even had the authority to do that !

URZZZZZZZZ Wouldnt have happened in my day!!
We need to use it like away teams do. Quick to our players when we're chasing the game, slow to theirs when they are.

That's cheating and just as likely to get pulled.
Anyway, the ref did us a favour stopping the multiball. We'd have only looked stupid rushing to get the ball and then consistently give it to the oppo.

willz_royal Wasn't exactly a fiasco. Over zealous fans and the advertising boards were to blame. Even coppell said the opposing manager hassled the 4th official to get it pulled.
The boards make it very hard for the kids, cos they have to continually jump over them

Wycombe Royal Obviously noone noticed that the ref actually stopped the multiball after Ross Wallace complianed that he didn't get a ball quickly when they were attacking and he wanted to take a quick throw in.
To be honest he had every right to complain as there was ball boy with a ball about 10 yards away but they didn't pass the ball to him.

The Real Sandhurst Royal At the same time they can look at changing some other rules of the game to improve the time the ball is in play:
Goalkeepers to take the goal kick from the side the ball went out.
Throw-ins to be taken by the player nearest to where the ball went out.
