Forest Gump .... goes on it seems. We need someone who - for the good of the club - will tell Madejski that he is wrong not to invest. Yes it is largely his money and he can do what he likes with it but with a bit (actually a lot) more ambition he could make the club successful as well as financially secure. But the way he is going will see a steady reduction of the fan base and an inevitable decline to League One or Two.

but that's why he was hired - he was willing to have his team sold off from under him because he thought he could replace them with the kids that he worked with. The other option was staying at Watford and having the same happen but without the kids...

Compo's Hat Darren Ferguson was my first choice (may of been RFC's first choice) and for a little bit more money than what we paid in compensation to Rodgers, we could of had him.
He would of had the bollocks to stand up to idiots like Howe and Hammond.

The competition for who can make the thickest post of the week is clearly gaining momentum.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm
If that means losing lots of glory hunting school kids or associated idiots whose lives are so pathetic that they need to bask in the reflected glory of their football team to have any sort of personality, and whose reaction AFTER 3 GAMES is to demand a new Manager, then I think the loss of those "fans" its something that the club won't lose too much sleep over.
