andrew1957 Far too early to tell - so I won't vote.
If i were Sir John I would give him the 3 games up to and including Liverpool and if he does ok i would then give him until the end of the season.

If rumours are to be believed, an announcement is thought to be due after the F.A Cup game with Liverpool.
Edit: Southbank 1871 beat me to it.

Do you have any idea whether the rumours of Southgate are true?
Being the main ITK poster on the board......

(.)Boobies(.) Over a Dowie, Cotterill, O'Driscall, Magilton.. Much rather we kept McDermott. Is he the right man for the job? Time will tell. Has my full support though.

Ian Royal How about an option of "Seems like a nice guy, done a good job for us for a long time and I'd like to see how he does before making any sort of judgement on him. Can't be much worse than Rodgers."

I think fans are more willing to accept mediocrity if they're somehow 'theirs'.
Not saying he will be mediocre, but at the moment it really is a case of 'can't be worse than Rodgers'.
