He was a pathetic beaten man before the interview started. He actually looked a lot more composed at the end of the interview because Clarke thought that repeating the same question over and over without getting the answer he was looking for somehow makes him Jeremy Paxman. It doesn't and it didn't get anything of worth from Benitez.

Clark's one obvious intention was to get an obviously seething and emotional Benitez to commit to saying something controversial and news worthy. He didn't and so therefore failed in my opinion.

Seen Coppell do a couple of our games now and he could hardly stop himself from bouncing up and down on his seat by the end the little cnut. Spoken like the true ex Reading manager and proto- Rooney- judas- manc- playing- career-blighted- by-LFC-Magoo lookalike that he is. Expect him to be doing a few more of our games before this seasons out.
