How many times does it have to be mentioned that the first round is regionalised and SEEDED???

Which, in simple terms, mean the top ranked 35 teams from last year are kept separate from the bottom ranked 35 teams.

Therefore, we can only play a "southern" team who finished no higher than 14th in last seasons League 1.

So that's no Swindon, Southampton, Brentford, Ipswich or Peterborough (all mentioned so far).

Not everyone gives enough of a shit to check exactly how far down the seeding goes.

And just because we can't have them, doesn't stop it being my preferred choice.

Yeah, my prediction includes the prediction of a demonstration and subsequent successful appeal lodged by the unseeded teams to overthrow this. The game against Swindon will also be marred by a first half Typhoon which throws Hal Robson-Kanu into the advertising hoardings whilst warming up, leaving him with a gashed leg, and leaves Nigel Gibbs with a broken fibula. The score will be 3-1 to Reading (Long 2, Mills).
