comeonthebiscuitmen Is there any radio commentary of the game tonight?

No, but there might be tomorrow.

I thought it was tonight too.
Did it get changed, or am I just old and confused ?

Until Sunday I thought the match was being played tonight too. Got no idea why any of the matches tomorrow have been scheduled to clash with the England game.

I would rather listen to Reading than watch England (although that may change when England adopt a few Reading players in the future...).

Despite so many players being unavailable, I still believe that Reading will win but it may be hard work.

Why do people not know about this still! This time last season, the Football League asked clubs if they would rather play the first round ties during an international break, or play them before the first round of League fixtures, i.e. last week. The clubs voted overwhelmingly to play during the international break, so that policy remains in place this season.

Struggling to see who will be in a starting 11, with all the injuries and international call ups.

Looks like Hunt won't play, and McCarthy will come back from International duty to sit on the bench.

Probable line up?

Hamer

Griff
Gunnar
Pearce
Williams

Kebe
Tabb
Jem
Howard
Antonio

Raziak

Subs: McCarthy, Obita, D'arth, Bignall, Belle-Baggie, J Mills, Rowe

Alternative that it will be 4-4-2 and Bignall will come in for one of Tabb, Jem or Howard?? Not sure how well Howard could do the Gylfi role. McD has been talking up Obita on the Official website any chance he'll throw him in at the deep end??

With Gunnar and Pearce at centre half lets hope Torquay don't have any strikers who can do anything clever, like run really fast.....

Not my Ideal lineup but what i think will happen

..........Hamer(I Have no confidence in this guy at all)....

Griffin......Pearce...Gunnarsson....Williams

Antonio.......Karacan..Tabb........Kebe

...............Rasiak....N.Hunt....

Subs: McCarthy; D'Ath, Bell-Baggie, Obita, J.Mills, Howard, Bignall

I would have put Davies in there but if we're going to sell him that I dont think McD would want to cup tie him.

A lower-standard, sure, but Torquay are no mugs.

They had a couple of poor friendly results but their last 8 league games were W6 D2 and conceding ZERO goals.

They beat Rochdale (promoted) FIVE-nil

If they play their first eleven I can see us losing with such a weakened squad.

Hope I'm wrong, hope Kebe gets a hat-trick, but this is no shoe-in.

N.Hunt isn't fit and won't play unfortunately, which leaves the attacking options somewhat limited......

Based on what I've seen and opinion of a brentford season ticket holder. I watched 6 games of him at brentford plus 2 at crawley (what a shithole)

My mate is a brentford season ticket holder and when he was on loan there he wasnt totally convinced either. Good reflexes and very quick off his line. But gets beaten at his near post alot, often misses crosses he comes for and droppped a few clangers. I know he got golden gloves there but my god league 2 is shite. Plus, We have better prospects with McCarthy, Locke and Anderson. Just look at who got offered a new contract, McCarthy and Anderson. Hamer has a year left and I can't see him being offered anything with the other 2 being offered deals.
