So the TO are advising people that enquire but no update on ticket sales appears on the website.

What's the betting that, just to add insult to injury, those with 1500-1599 points will stay up until/get up at midnight, only to find that the website has crashed under the weight of demand as the ridiculously wide band kicks in. They will then spend ages trying to get onto the online ticketing, only to be greeted with 'All tickets sold' when they finally succeed!

Credit where credit is due I got mine online this morning - no issues whatsoever & transaction was completed in 2-3 mins. Called up to get travel vouchers & phone was answered almost immediately.

Maybe I was just lucky....

Not as many 1600+ people as we thought initially then it seems?

Good news! I reckon there might be a 6 o'clock rush when people finish work. Fingers crossed!

We'll sell about 1300 today, and the rest will go tommorow morning.

I hope you're right. I have no work obligations tomorrow morning so a late night online/early morning at the TO is no odds to me!

Like a lot of people I suspect people like myself with 1900 pts are waiting for the next band to get tickets with other people.

Can see the website conking out at midnight TBH. On special occasions such as this, paying 2 more call centre people to stay on til 8pm instead of 5pm would hardly break the bank would it?!

I think they chose 1600 as there were about 2,000 fans with that many and they wanted to let them all go.

Of course many of them will be buying with other people with fewer points.

Its the midnight rush thats annoying. Why not make it midday online and then diehards can form a queue outside the ticket office in the early hours?

Surely if you were going to buy today you would have bought already?

royal-biscuit-man Just heard, 600 tickets so sold far. :o

Given that it's been hard to get online this morning and reports of waiting on the phone for 30 mins+, i'd say that either that's a low estaimate or the systems for selling tickets are appalling.

In all honesty Schards, I bet there is 2 windows open at the Ticket Office, and one person on the phone. 600 could well be right!

I would concur with a lot of fuss over nothing. Called at 12pm to get travel vouchers at 12.02 was all booked & done. Got through immediately. I would suggest people call as I didn't wait at all. Don't listen to people on there telling you not to bother calling as its jammed - thats a lie!

I don't think it's fuss over nothing.

I think tomorrow will be the busy day.

How many members do you think hold between 600-1599 points compared to those over 1600?

As mentioned before, there will also be plenty holding back to make sure they are seated together.

Will be very surprised if we don't sell out tomorrow but I hope we don't!
