Well I admire your tenacity in the face of mounting criticism against your team's Chairman and Directors. You should get together with Tredder!

To be honest with you Dave,

You have obviously been the best team in the league this year and maybe harsh for you not to go up.

But rules are rules and you could argue that by falsifying the documents the club have committed fraud of major proportions when considered the money that the club now stand to gain.

Just playing devil's advocate here, is there much difference between Fourlin being partly-or-wholly owned by a third-party in Argentina and Craig Bellamy being wholly owned by a third-party in Manchester?

all depends on what has actually happened which no one knows for sure, if the crime is as serious as some suggest and we are guilty then as much as it's a kick in the nuts for us fans I can understand why the fa would hit us hard. I'm not so sure the crimes, if proved, are serious enough to warrant a heavy sanction. We shall see though, I am hopeful the club can prove they are innocent not just so we go up but to avoid absolute chaos for the rest of the league that would follow.

If you don't prove your innocence you face some hefty pay outs. West Ham only had one club suing them!

not in principal as that third party can influence another clubs results and stop that player from playing against Man City but the issue from the fa is more a financial one with money going out of the game. I think thats how it works anyway, the loan system as it is at the moment is why I think eventually third party transfers will be allowed in this country as we kind of do it anyway with our own clubs. Leigterwood to yourself but not being able to play against QPR being another example and would be an issue should we get thrown into the playoffs and get drawn against you.

Royal Rother It won't be a 15 point deduction now - relegation of 1 or 2 divisions fits the bill nicely.

Has anyone noticed who would be the major beneficiary of QPR getting an automatic relegation?

Sheffield Utd!

It is for this reason alone that I hope QPR get relegated to League One as it would be hilarious that it happens to Colin again and this time Sheffield get saved by it.

That would indeed be poetic although Warnock is a Sheffield man of course.
