Svlad Cjelli And similarly the chance to get £4M for a player with under a year left on their contract is an absolute steal! We'd be mad not to turn it down - and I'm amazed that even Leicester would be mad enough to offer that sort of money.

It is a no-brainer which even the most hard-headed nobber would understand. Maybe not on second thoughts.

The majority on this forum are strongly opinionated, they wouldn't be here if they weren't. So Kebe is bound to divide opinion.

But I bet the majority of the average Joe's sitting in the West stand sees Kebe as our most entertaining playmaker, and would be distraught at the thought of him leaving. SJM knows this, his balls ain't big enough to upset the natives anymore than he already has done after Mills/Long left.

Thankfully the earful he got against Barnsley at 2-0 should still be fresh his mind. (Granted that was Y26 and not the West stand, but you get my drift)

25 Mins against Barnsley? was that before or after the game ?? He has been utter Garbage this season so far.. I would rather a player who is consistant and mediocre than a player who blows hot and cold. More cold than hot may I add. Sell him for 4 million I say..

The problem with Kebe is that you get either Lionel Blair or Lionel Messi and unfortunatly its more often or not Lionel Blair we get.

Complete cock. Kebe terrorised them for the 2nd half. The left back couldn't touch him.

I am not gonna trade insults but I fail to see how Kebe terrorised them for the 2nd half... Yes he got passed his man on several occasions however his end product was utter garbage.. He trys to do too much. If he was to cross when he passed his opponent the first time rather than the 10th time he has passed the same player then you never know he may have more sucess. His crossing this season has been poor at best. Bar the cross for the goal against Millwall when he didnt take an age to cross the ball.

Except that once Leicester have offered Kebe stupid amounts of money and he's accepted that (even just in his own mind!) there's no point trying to make him stay.

Everyone has their price. Even Kebe. When he is on form he is as good as anyone I have seen. However, when it is not his day, the less said the better.

Apologies, I wasn't being insulting, thats my usual turn of phrase....

I just felt Kebe had a good second half, better than your post suggested. But I agree that he can go missing for vast parts of the game. Though McAnuff is more guilty IMO.

With a lack of threat through the middle, we should be looking to use Kebe and McAnuff more. Removing Kebe from the equation too leaves us far too blunt IMO. And if Harte doesn;t get his radar re-synched I dread to think where the goals are going to come from.

Then again, when Kebe plays we use him far too much as the only attacking outlet (at Wembley especially so) - so when he plays badly we're absolutely stuffed.

Even when he's at his best his final ball is inconsistent.

He causes all sorts of problems for defences but then cocks it up too often.

£4m is a silly price and we'd be foolish not to accept it. The only down point is that it's so late in the window and we'll have to go out and get a loanee in as a replacement. Who that might be I've no idea, but if Hull can get the lad Brady then I'm hopeful we can find someone good enough to replace Kebe.

What about that young lad called Robson -Kanu as a Kebe replacement?

And spend the money where it's needed more, in defence or midfield?

If he goes we can put Mcanuff on his natural side and Kanu on the left, or bring Obita in. Obita is more likely to show what he can do in a midfield that gives the ball to the wingers.

A few Twitter accounts who always get transfers right have him down as going... just saying.

Anyway, with the black hole filled, we can reinvest all this money right? Right...?

No chance - we will only recieve another 50p after expenses so nothing left to reinvest.
