2-0 away win. Thankfully, I won't have access to Sky so will watch the debacle on the FLS.

But I must admit to being impressed with the way Alf has settled in. Hopefully, there will be others to regularly pick up the goalscoring mantle so that he is not our only cource of goals.

Never really given two hoots about Southampton - 'neighbours' or not but I think they will have the guile to unpick our defensive frailties, so regretably either 0-2 or 1-3 or 0-3.......Lambert to get at least one.

floyd__streete Remind me of this optimism when I am sneaking out with us 0-3 down with 10 mins to go 8)

Like you'll sneak out, you'll be spitting feathers as you walk down those steps.

Lallana is the one to watch should he be back from a knock. 0-2 defeat for us.

Can't bring myself to predict a loss so 1-1. I'd be happy with that.

ALF for us as I like watching him score.

Hopefully, they won't run rings round Mills.

The key word, and I used it deliberately, is regularly. I don't think that scoring 1 or 2 goals this far into a season can be regarded as regularly. Do you?

If the time interval between each goal being scored is exactly the same, that's about as "regular" as you can get - even if the quantity itself is small.

Are you sure the key word shouldn't really be "frequently"?

How is 3 goals with fewer starts really much less frequent than Le Fondre?

I'm willing to bet Manset's goals to minutes ratio is similar and Church & HRK's aren't hugely far behind either probably. I can supply this info when I get home in fact.

Leicester 1-2 Reading W
Reading 3-3 Norwich D
Reading 0-1 QPR L
Everton 0-1 Reading W
Man City 1-0 Reading L
Leeds 0-0 Reading D
Reading 0-0 Cardiff D
Cardiff 0-3 Reading W
Reading 2-4 Swansea L

3 wins, 3 draws, 3 defeats from our 9 televised matches last season, showing that we aren't "rubbish on tele", but distinctly average. So I'll go for a nice average 1-1 draw.

I'm surprisingly confident for this match. I think we'll nick it late on after going behind 3-2 Alfie with a couple and the BEAST to get a last minute winner in the 95th minute in true Reading fashion :D
