Dear STAR

Once due diligence is complete with our "mystery" owners in March, would it be possible to see if a small Forum could be arranged with a representative of those owners (+ JM, Nicky and perhaps Brian) just for a Q&A over what their intentions are and the way forward? I also think it would be worth doing even if only JM could attend from the board.

Just thought it would be a good thing to do and help bring the full nature of the club home to all concerned?

Given that most supporters are not share holders in RFC I can't really see this having legs tbh.

It'd be like interviewing the customers when a retailer gets bought out.

STAR does hold shares in RFC so its members have an interest in this beyond just 'how much are you going to spend?'

As of now we have no idea what TSI have as an attitude to supporters but hope we can find out once we get to March. We understand the request and will be trying to get a dialogue with the management, old and new, on the subject.

How much of the club do they own

Very, very little despite being one of the 20 largest shareholders. I don't think the non-SJM shareholders all tolled add up to 3%.
