Don't think we'll land anyone else - if we do though I think it'll be a "miracle" signing like Rhodes or Sharp!

As regards central defensive cover I think Brian will chance it by using Harte and Gunnarsson and then use the emergency loan system when that re-opens if it's a long term thing.

Not sure if the Osborne deal will be resurrected when he recovers fully from his leg injury.

Rhodes would thrive off decent service. He wouldn't get it. Puncheon would be more likely to produce chances for ALF, Hunt, Roberts and Church. He gets my vote.

People would think our strikers couldn't hit a barn door, but all 3 who have played regularly could very feasibly hit double figures in a team that creates very little. Rhodes would be a great signing, but definitely priority number 2 after some creativity in the middle.

For me the next signing is hard to pick as the only position we have that doesn't have a name to it, is left back so I'd guess we'd be looking for someone to make that position their own. As many have said Bertrand is the obvious choice but I'm not sure how realistic that is. With all the other positions we have players that have claimed the shirt as it where, so to bring in a centre back could stop Pearces development and the same with Karacan in centre mid. The other obvious one that everyone has talked about is a different option of a more creative centre mid but the way we're setup to play doesn't lend itself to that, so to get a quality centre mid creative player in and tell them they plan B could be difficult. I think brian won't want to change things massively now as we're doing well results wise and doesn't want to wreck the team spirit. I think the summer will be more of a change where as this is more of a tinker to see if we can add enough to make the play-offs or automatic.

We definitely need another centre-back. There's no cover if Gorkss or Pearce are injured.
