TBMUkeTBM How do we know its not done and dusted?........it may only have been offered to him yesterday and signed late last night, so this morning they [the club] are just doing the legal shit and getting it rubber stamped but in McD's eyes he is and still will be Reading manager as he has signed a contract that the club have offered him - they wont suddenly withdraw it 12 hours later
You do the legal shit before the signing
You do an illegal shit after a good curry and beer night
I meant legal shit as it getting it processed etc

Wolves fail with second Alan Curbishley approach
Wolves have failed in a fresh attempt to make Alan Curbishley their new manager, BBC Sport understands.
Curbishley was interviewed for the job last week but then is believed to have dropped out as he and the board did not share a vision for the club.
Reading manager Brian McDermott, who had been in talks, now looks set to stay at the Championship club.
Wolves then returned to Curbishley but it is understood the gap between the two parties remains too big.
BBC Radio 5 live reporter Pat Murphy said that Reading are set to offer McDermott a new deal, while Brighton boss Gus Poyet, also a reported target, would cost a "prohibitive" £2m in compensation.
That prompted Wolves owner Steve Morgan to revert to his initial aim of appointing someone with Premier League experience.
Three days after he withdrew from the race, Wolves made their fresh approach to Curbishley, who managed both Charlton and West Ham in the top flight.
Former Sunderland and Wigan manager Steve Bruce remains in the frame, while former Queens Park Rangers manager Ray Wilkins has said he would be interested if approached.
But relegation-threatened Wolves, who sacked Mick McCarthy on 13 February , look no nearer to filling the vacancy before their next game at Newcastle on Saturday.
Caretaker manager Terry Connor looks set to take charge at the weekend and is demanding a positive response from the team when they return to action for the first time since McCarthy was sacked following the 5-1 home defeat by neighbours West Bromwich Albion on 12 February.
Connor said: "We're asking the players to respond positively, like they always have done at bad times, and come back ready for another fight."

Dare to Dr£am West Brom STH friend of mine emailed me back this morning. He has a friend at the Birmingham Mail:
A contract is on the table but not signed. McDermott is meeting with Wolves today at an undisclosed location to hear what they have to say. Wolves have ended their interest in Gus Poyet. Brighton would be entitled to £2m in compensation. It's between Steve Bruce and Brian McDermott and with Brian's new contract on the table and Steve Bruce getting very flustered at being ignored since his interview, Wolves could end up with a lot of egg on their faces if they don't have a manager in place for this weekend as they hoped to have.
