The only reason McD [as manager] "works" for Reading is cos he knows the club, he knows the players.........if he goes to Wolves then i dont reckon their over-paid charlies will work for him as hard as our lot do (bar Doyle). McCarthy seemed a good manager so i cant understand why they would sack him and bring in an unknown manager who loves to play hoof-ball and failed at managing in non-league with Slough and Woking

McD picked up where Coppell left, Rodgers tried changing us - it didn't work so McD took us back to the "Coppell way"
