Just had a look on the Chelsea website and there is some great merchandise to be had.

There's the Chelsea alarm clock:

Ding Ding Ding...time to get your ar$e kicked.

The Chelsea monopoly game:

You've been sacked. Do not pass go but do collect £25 million in compensation.

The Chelsea bike which (comes with a Micro scooter for the kids):

On your bike AVB

Chelsea aftershave:

Smells of oranges and the sweat of Abarmovich's victims... sorry managers.

The Chelsea garden knome:

I think they've found Torres' replacement.

Oh and in the Chelsea "Fashion" (yes that is right "fashion") section...

The Chelsea fleece

Benitez declares his interest. He gets a rough ride on here, but he is one of the better available candidates. A good record at Valencia, a European Cup at Liverpool and a 2nd place in the league, he brought the likes of Reina, Alonso and Torres to the club, the team improved in his tenure. Chelsea won’t have their pick of world-class managers this time around, Benitez will be on the shortlist, and it wouldn’t be a horrendous appointment imho.

At least he’d know how to play to Torres’ strengths, and I imagine the likes of Ramires and Mata are Rafa-type players.

Guardiola would be mad to even consider the Chelsea gig. If he was to manage in the Prem, there are only 2 clubs big enough and they are Man Utd and Arsenal. Taking into account his footballing philosophies, Arsenal would be the logical place for him to go in order to take what Wenger has done to the next level.

I'm not sure Guardiola would be good enough for Chelsea tbh. He's been very lucky that he's had Messi in the team for so long. Where would Barca be without Messi? Everytime he plays, he takes a good few men out of the game which allows other more time and space. Put Guardiola in charge of a team without Messi, I'm not convinced he'd be a brilliant manager.

Kes has a point though.....i was thinking this last night, the opposition worry far too much about Messi that they disregard the other players in the side, who as good as they are, are not in the same league as Messi.

Exactly. Whilst Barca have some other great players, they wouldn't be anywhere near as good without Messi. He's such an exceptional player. Hence my comment above. The good thing that might come of Guardiola coming to Chelsea is, he might sign Messi, if Messi is looking for a new challenge.

Bayer Leverkusen coach Robin Dutt could only watch on as Messi destroyed his in-form side - who had beaten Bayern Munich at the weekend.
"His class is just extraordinary, there's no discussion," Dutt said.
"Without Messi, Barca are the best team and with him, they are in another galaxy."

Sums it up nicely I think

Didn't the core of the Barca team play for Spain in the Euros and World Cup ? And, if I'm not very much mistaken, they won both. Also, they did it without Messi, who is in fact from Argentina. Barcelona are a superb side with or without Messi.
