Snowball On the SB Stats thread I looked at our opponents Home/Away form
and all six games are losable, and we could draw some.

IMO we need to start the right way and beat Leeds.

If we manage to lose it and then WHU win, it's all up for grabs again

This is the kind of cutting edge analysis that Lawro would be proud of

JC
Snowball I'd be happier if we were all more cautious/pessimistic

This close in the last thing we want is over-confidence

Absolutely spot on

Comparing the games we have with West Ham

Leeds(H)........... Barnsley(A)
Brighton(A)........ Birmingham(H)
Saints(A).......... Brighton(H)
Forest(H)......... Bristol C (A)
Palace (H)......... Leicester(A)
Birmingham(A)... Hull(H)

I think, on balance, I would prefer theirs. Their away games are easier than ours and our home games look a bit easier then theirs

I fully understand this, but... surely the key to our team has been consistancy. We are not significantly better at home (ala Saints) or worse (alola WHU)... I don't think it matters where we play. Only how.

The games we have are what they are. Pretty much all we are capable of winning, pretty much all against teams who have at least as much as us at stake.
Ricky Lamberts injury could have a massive impact, if it is ongoing, then certainly the game at St Mary's looks easier... Brighton have been getting a lot of draws- too many they fear. They will almost certainly try to raise their game against us.

My view, 4 points is a LOT to claw back in just 6 games. If we keep doing what we do, given the fantastic confidence boost this weekend gives us (and the corresponding downer to WHU)...

Quietly Confident.

If it were possible to set up, I'd have it so that drawing at Southampton would see both teams promoted at the same time and cue one big party around all four stands. Unfortunately I don't think it's mathematically possible.

Percy's Rocket OK Team

This is what to do

1) Avoid defeat at West Ham , Saints and Brum - 3 points

2) Win the last seven home games - 21 points

3) Win four of the other 6 away games - 12 points

TOTAL 87 points..that should just about do it.

4) Hope that two of the three teams in 1) go on a bad run and get less than 30 points in 15 games.

SIMPLES

It is hard to compare this to last time but at the moment I feel better about this time but that is because it is the here and now.

Last time we just blitzed everyone (after game one) > This time I think it is fair to say we have exceeded all expectations and then some.
Winning at Saints and Hammers...14 wins from 16... hard to find words. Absolutely amazing job by the bespectacled one and all of them..Just finish it off please....
AVOID THOSE PLAY OFFS AND GET SET FOR THE BIG TIME AGAIN

and the TVI investment so well used... superb and then some...
