Dare to Dr£am Think about it.............
He can't say who, can't rule people in or out for obv reasons.
If Rodney is off to Pool then it's more than likely Sig will follow surely? Doesn't stop Reading bidding tho.....

Fridays_Legacy's tweets lend towards Gylfi
Except for the fact he said "I think he'll follow Rodgers"?
Yes - just read that myself. This is very odd.
To be honest the only two ex players that I would be really pleased about would be Siggy and Long. Cannot really get excited about having say Doyle or Sidwell back - almost certainly not the players they were when we had them. Shorey is a possibility but although I think he could do a job I am not sure it would cause hobnob to melt down.
The other possibility is USA - signed as cover, so we can let Andersen out on loan but hardly a "meltdown" signing.
So I hope it is Gylfi. Time will tell.

Spirit of Elm Park Sorry to be a killjoy, but have the club actually declared any interest in bringing him back? No, didn't think so.
Have to say if it turns out we were never in for him, massive LOLz.

sandman Maybe they didn't want to step on Swansea's toes after Gylfi had done so well there. However, maybe they know the deal depended on Brendan and it's fallen through because he's left and now the club feel they can give it a go. I don't think it's Gylfi but given the way the club conducts itself that would be the honourable thing to do in this case.

They wouldn't declare their interest publicly because that isn't how they conduct themselves.

Friday's Legacy Re: Interest in Gylfi
Yes we did show an interest in him before Swansea bid. He was out of our reach, we walked away.
Has something changed?
Has TSI made the difference?
Has Rodgers wanting to go to Liverpool changed the players mind about joining Swansea?
Has that and TSI coming in made a difference to what we can offer?
Will the player want to consider his options now and if the opportunity is there, follow Rodgers to Liverpool? (Plausible)
Who knows.
"If the right type of player at the right type of price comes along"...
Who knows.
