This thread is like twitter - anyone just saying a name and people go with it. Someone said last night Gylfi's car was seen at his mum and dads house even though he was on International duty. Does Mr & Mrs Sigurdsson even live around here??

I think his Dad does. Nothing strange about that though, I'm assuming he doesn't have his own place in the UK so could just be staying there until he knows what club he's playing for next season.

Doubt he drove to his international game to be fair. His dad is mates with Brian isn't he or something? If his dad has a place here, it's quite conceivable Sig would leave his car there!

I saw that post as well...unfortunately it made me think rather laterally, i.e. Gylfi has been in Germany/Swansea for 18 months - how would the poster know his car?, smacks a bit of stalking to me :D

But with the money Siggy earns surely be easier to just park at the airport... even i do that sometimes and i don't earn megabucks. I think i'm like this because i want this to happen but trying to convince myself it won't and these rumours don't help me getting excited.

Why are you talking about the Sig? This thread is about TSI, and the various pizza preferences of the new board.

We already have a SIg rumour/speculation thread, please use that for discussion of any possible transfer or I have a feeling this thread will be down to 185 pages by lunchtime...

With all this talk about Doyle, Sig, Long potentially "coming home", slightly surprised that things have gone so quiet on the Steve Sidwell front.

southbank1871 Except when he does well for Liverpool, the idiot scousers will act as if they discovered him. Also the likes of Lawro will only now accept just how good he is.

I thought John Barnes comment in the Lawro piece was close to the mark.

He clearly has his own highly documented philosophy, and likes to talk about it - if the particular squad of players don't take to that style, then it might not work - as it didn't at Reading.

Back on topic, I would like to know in what way (if any) Boris Zingarevich is involved with the club. Bit of transparency needed I feel.

John Madejski today on http://www.readingfc.co.uk

"Don't look for reds under the bed because there aren't any"

Is that an unfortunate use of language or a deliberate hint? Do TSI exist? Is Boris entirely fictional?!
