Avon Royal At the moment Spain are going to finish second in their group - that will make tomorrow a right laugh as we aim to match, but not beat, France's result!

I don't understand this group....

Anyway, i'd value our chances against Spain more than Italy tbf

Really? How are we going to score twice with 8% possession?

English players are mentally weak - we would have lost against Spain before we even took to the pitch.

Yeah. Croatia 7, Italy 5, Spain 4. I think.

Can see Spain going out here if they're not careful. As Michel Salgado said in his interview today they're becoming a little too obsessed with the possession and passing stats.

Think your interpretation of the rules could be 10 years or so out of date. Getting to the ball first doesn't always mean good tackle these days.

The law has always been that way, we just ignored it in England cos we like big tackles.

I'm watching the Ireland game - much better than Spain (which is on on my pc nearby)... have Croatia actually got out of their half in the last 20 minutes?

Can Spain please not get beat here? I really don't think I'll be able to cope with the pundits claiming we'll never have a better chance
