Well I got a text from someone inside the club (they are working there right now) and the Gylfi deal is very much still alive.

Make from that what you will but he has been offered very generous terms to come home.

I was told by someone ITK on this board (FL) that the gylfi talks were happening before BM did. I was also told to keep a lid on it. So I did.

I just assumed that FL told BM and BM blabbed.

Extended-Phenotype My f/cking gran knows we are going to sign somebody this summer, and she thinks pausing Corrie on Sky+ makes the nation wait for her to finish her piss and hit play again.

My god, where do you come up with this?

I'm amazed at times what people will believe.

Where do you think these "ITK" people get their "information" from?
Journos? (Who only get info from agents when it comes to RFC, unrelaible at best, but friends of journos is probably the best we can hope for on HNA?)
Agents? (Who are unreliable at best and bare faced liars at best)
Players? (Who usually don't even know where they are going let alone team mates or future team mates)
Other forums? (Full of BS like this one)
The club? (Apart from top people they usually only find out when they have to print the name on the shirts, and those guys claim to know more than they do - how many of them would have recognised our only signing of the summer if they had seen him before he signed?)
BMc and NH themselves? (Is this you FL and BigMike?)

The truth is the only people who really know what is going one won't tell anyone and don't use HNA?.
The people claiming to be ITK mostly won't even say which category of the above they get their info from (and that is hardly going to give the game away).

The trick is to sort out the chaff from the grain - e.g. CamberleyRoyal with Garath McCleary.
Anyone can occasionally get accurate information, some more often than others.
Those who claim to be ITK should come out of the closet and say where their info comes from (not who, but where).
Otherwise the rest of us are 100% entitled to assuse them of talking BS, feeding their twisted egos and being 13.

BTW - very good, but I was a little concerned when I read this that we may be related ....

Quite funny really. Who cares? The much used expression on here that seems appropriate is h8ers gonna h8.

I'm enjoying following it all and although I have a decent bs radar I'm seeing no indications that this is all fabrication.

There have been many tells to the contrary but attempting to justify that to the cynics is a waste of energy.

Just stating facts, unlike yourself.

Even SDR had more credibility.

Just sayin'.

Yes and that would make sense. When information is passed on its well known that it will end up being a 'leak' on places like this. However if sources were to be revealed then it's not just case of naming names but people's jobs are at risk. Fair enough, maybe they shouldn't pass on that information but as far as I'm concerned it's a trust issue and personally I wouldn't put a source at risk just to please a few suspicious minds. The majority have better things to do than to make shit up. Eventually those who have genuine inside knowledge will just walk away from here because the negativity surrounding their genuine attempt to pass on information.

I expect anything I say to be taken with a pinch of salt and considerable amounts of scepticism. I also don't want to publically undermine either myself or those that provide me with slightly privileged information [there is a hell of a lot I don't put on twitter]. I've said a few times I don't get a lot of new names or breaking stories but can often find out what's going on and get updates on situations from there.

Those that I know in person alongside a couple of people that are genuinely 'ITK' who I bounce things off of and use as extra verification sometimes know where I get information from and seem content enough to share things they've heard and provide them extra confirmation of.

Anyway, now I've made my spiel, feel free to tear this apart and tell me to fk off. Please? I'm 4 posts in and yet to be given the HNA? treatment.

what a load of bollocks, so you want access to privileged information but you also want people to expose their sources? What sort of a twat are you?

greed RR.

At the end of the day this just shit about people changing jobs, not the official secrets act. Some bs on here, some is genuine but at the end of the day who really cares.

Tbh, based on this particular part of HNA, it would seem that quite a lot of people care.

Indeed, based on the popularity of SSN, transfer gossip in the press etc. it would seem that a large amount of the country care.
