Being linked with Guthrie this morning reported on Reading post ..... will be out of contract at the end of the season this article also mentions Carlos Sanchez being linked with Reading too.

Suppose Guthrie would strengthen the midfield in the centre good addition if we could land him for free.

Really pleased with this signing, as I believe that he must have had offers from other Premiership clubs and he chose us. Some of my family that live in Gateshead and are Newcastle season ticket holders, say that we have a real good quality player and Newcastle fans love him.
