Royal With Cheese Not sure Sheffield United are in for Jarvis.
That would be a misfit, Jarvis is a Wednesday fan

Jerry St Clair Truro City heading into Administration.
The Cornish Gretna. Bankrolled by a multi-millionnaire and steamrolling everyone at their traditional level. Not so long ago they were talking of building a 20,000 stadium, getting into the league and rivalling Plymouth.

Tony Le Mesmer A few QPR fans giving it the big one after their dealings in the transfer window.
Expect to see them on this thread in a few years facing the demise of their club, looking for sympathy & claiming its "not their fault"

25 players in a year they've signed, and some big name players who would demand significant money at the same time. Sustainable model? Absolutely not.
Wonder what Tredder's got to say about it all?

Victor Meldrew Why are people having a go at QPR all of a sudden?
They are splashing out money to build a side that might keep them at the top level over the next few years knowing that the riches paid out for staying in the Premier League would then be available.
In the meantime they are looking to build a ground capable of holding 35,000 or so and ,assuming they remain at the top level, they consolidate their position as a regular top level club.
In the meantime presumably they are doing what all clubs are doing and that is trying to develop their own players.
It is a gamble,as is spending little or no money, but it is very dismissive to say that this approach is not sustainable-it could work and fair play to Fernandes for having a go.

Royalist Did you watch 4 year plan?! QPR are a joke club and it will end in tears. 35 seater stadium? Who is going to fill it?

Ark Royal Think I read somewhere that their wages last season were 183% of turnover - it can only have gone way over that now. That is just unsustainable. The next Pompey just waiting to happen.
