Generally points to a player that just isn't getting into the game enough.

it's clear he didnt have the best of games but i think the impact he could of had was hindered because he had to cover Harte against the pace of lennon and walker. it was obvious that that was going to be our weak point going into the game and spurs also knew that. i also see that as the reason to why the 433/451/4411 (whatever it is) formation didnt work in the first half. in that formation the wingers need to concentrate on attacking but instead they were more focused on defending and in mcanuffs case covering for Harte, which led to us having no real threat going forward.

Lol at people who claim that he was covering Harte all the time! McAnuff has never done anything purposeful in defence ever. Hopefully, he'll be gone in January.

He's had one bad game. He was decent against Stoke and Chelsea. Everyone needs to chill out! 3 games in. And just to preempt the next wave of doom that is lurking over the horizon, losing against WBA wouldn't be the end of our season, it is, again, just one game in a long season.

granted mcanuff was shit (not that anyone was exactly great) but remember it will never be easy playing in front of grandad harte, get rid of him and am sure mcanuff will improve. There is no reason why he should double up as a LB just because Harte is that shit

I thought tbh most of our team looked unfit, i can only put this down to the 2/3 week gap between games at best we looked lethargic, and out of puff in compared to Spurs...

Its easy to have good passing stats when you try any balls. I could get 80% pass accuracy if i didnt attempt any through balls.
17/20 with all 20 passes being 2 yards, most commonly back to Gunter! Who by the way is getting exposed to Mcanuff's lack of effort and back-tracking.

WTF was Gunter doing on the wrong side of the pitch and just two yards away from McAnuff?! No wonder we were in trouble!
