This is shocking. We need a new defence. How can we let in 4 goals at home?

This could really put the pressure on McD as Arsenal will surely go on and win now. I know it is only the league cup, but the manner of our capitulation is shocking.

Starting to think McD is out of his depth now.

Yep, the game shouldn't have come down to that last goal. We should have had this sewn up early on. I'm gutted.

Our defence is absolutely awful.......We lose this and well be the lauguring stock of the league tomorrow after a 4-0 lead !!! Ledge has lost every single ball played to him tonight and the Pog hasn't won a single header!!! Absolute pants.

The players and Brian are at fault for this, they have to put it right.

I said that this morning.

No change of tactics, same old hoof it and hope. Shite defenders. Where's Pearce? Even if we win this now, it's been a terrible display of defending and tactics imo.

TheSiege Church is on, Reading will lose! We needed Guthrie to keep the ball!

You're a prick if you think we'll lose because of Simon Church.

On the plus side, Tabb and Leigertwood should be nice and fresh for QPR at the weekend.

BM tactically naive.....brought on 2 strikers and a winger from a winning position ...should have bolstered up central midfield or put defender on ...

The sad thing is that a first-half performance that could have really renewed our confidence ahead of two massive league games has been wipred away by another failure and god knows what this will do to our morale.
