NEWS STRAIGHT FROM THE MOUTH OF BRYN HIMSELF (at least it is to me, but then I'm a tad out of the loop)
Bryn is just on the Icelandic version of the weekend wrap-up, being his normal likeable self. The two permanent hosts are doing a good job of grilling him on football in general, but also talked at length about Reading, and in particular Brian's sacking and if we should've done things differently in transfer windows.
The big revelation to come out of all that from Bryn, he reckons DOLAN WILL STAY in charge UNTIL END OF THE SEASON, when a replacement will be found. Didn't say if this was straight from someone at the club or just his own thinking, but it sounded to me like it's at least in part based on what he's been hearing from someone at the club.
Bryn is not in favor of Brian's sacking, and said we should have stuck with him.
Bryn was also of the opinion we could well have competed at the start of the season with the players we had, but then rather in the opposite direction says we should have used the windows, and particularly the summer one, better.
I'm rather busy at the moment and won't be able to finish watching the show tonight, but I'll be sure to check it out again in repeats (what a weekend for me to be back home for a bit, to catch this) and maybe my fellow Icelanders can fill in the blanks, because there was much more said on Reading than I have time to type out.
