Spending is one issue, the manager refuses to make the necessary changes to the team that he actually can make.
He's benched our best fullback Kelly and centre back Mariappa every game.
He's dropped McAnuff after a good performance. I'm starting to think he doesn't read the game very well.

Also Blackman played with quite a bad attitude last week, throwing his hands up when he made mistakes and looking to pass the blame yet he keeps his place.
Gunter was at fault for two goals last week, got done several times and had the ball taken from his feet, yet he keeps his place.

It doesn't make sense. Stubborn decisions, but the team are suffering from it.

Before todays match nobody was complaining, we have had one bad result, it happens.

We have bought in an American international midfielder, the best LB in the Champ last season, and a former Madrid player who we can see is class.
We all know that splashing the cash is not neccesarily the way forward, Look at QPR last year, yes I agree we may need one or two more to strengthen the squad but to call this a bad Window and to Say Anton needs to splash the cash is complete Bollocks.

How to cancel out Reading's passing play - when your team loses the ball, simply pack out the midfield. Reading will not revert to putting the ball in the box or playing over the top. They will attempt to pass the ball around and keep going back to the goalie if they cannot get through.
