It takes years to change the philosophy of a club, please everyone have patience and at least give the guy a couple of full seasons. Rashly chopping and changing the manager will not help us in the long run.

Just needs time to clear out the dead wood and get in players that understand the philosophy. Needed season at Southampton to put together a team. People need to remember that he hasn't been here long at all. Just look where Southampton went.

I think he probably is a lot like Brendan in that he wants to play football. Unfortunately as Rodgers found these players are just not skilled enough. Need to go through total rebuild. Rodgers was not given the time for this and I think Adkins will find the same.
