Twitter suggests we've made a 2.65m bid for him.
I like him a lot, plays the lone striker role well and has a very decent record at this level. I'm sure some will find plenty to complain about, obviously, but would be a step up on our other options IMO.

Last season he scored 16 goals from 36 starts.
The season before he scored 15 in 41.
Not to mention the excellent record he had in this league for Pompey and Preston.
Vastly underrated player IMHO who is exactly the type of striker we could do with.
