I think he showed himself to be out of his depth last season and I'm surprised he's still at the same value as he was this time last year tbh.

I think Bridge has been decent so far, but both full-back positions are a weakness in reality. We have enough of them, but just none which are really good enough!??

3 of our 4 full backs are full internationals? Kelly and Bridge are definitely good enough at this level. Could probably do with a left footed CB like Kilgallon as Mapps is off.

Mariappa was a consistent performer last year, made up for a lack in height in good positional play and did relatively ok, we will have to get some cover at centre half now, would like to see a versatile defender come in, so a midfielder, striker and centre half could be the positions we are looking into

Yes would definitely be good to see another CB in, along with a quality full-back. Adkins appears to see Kelly as perfect back-up for the bench, as presumably he can come on and play either side if required. Cummings and Gunter are both good lads, but not up to the standards we are seeking IMO.
