I think most of us can guess what would constitute a good season for them:

Getting out of the CL group stage.
Torres scoring again before December.
Super "goals we love 'em" Frank scoring 10-15 goals from penalties and free kicks.
Eto'o not being the new Shevchenko.
Terry avoiding FA/Police charges for any of the following, racism, affray, abuse of tourists and just general "bringing the game into disrepute" charges.
Mourinho and Abramovich not falling out again.
