Green How many times had the football stadium flooded since it's been there?
?
It's raised up on a rubbish dump, the Pru development would be at water level ("LOLakeside LOLiving"

Icke I know we`ve gone a little off topic but JMW is correct, to all you talking about the Southcote/Theale development and saying "oh it`s just a little bit of marshland" can you back this up with any facts?
I can, and trust me, alongside the canal and all across the fields/area where the houses were proposed to be built, it floods massively every year. I have been running these routes four times a week for the last 6 years and the flooding has been very bad. Last year was particularly bad and houses are just not viable anywhere along this band of land.
There is plenty of land that can be built on the UK but this land is not suitable. End of story.
