Did you have a little cry Kes and get a bit excited when he took his shirt off?
I didn't watch the game but it sounds on here as though he did f*** all in a friendly match where the opposition didn't bother much as they had already qualified.

Better distribution than Gerrard from what I saw. Not difficult mind you as Gerrard has had an absolute stinker this tournament.

In the last few seconds the camera picked both Gerrard and Lampard up for close-ups. It was a little sad because probably neither will play another major tourno, and it sort of framed the age old complaint that the two couldn't play together. Neither man is the best midfielder that England has ever had, but if they'd clicked they'd have made one hell of a midfield unit.

Frank Lampard has hit more World Cup shots (40) without scoring than any other player since 1966

How will Kes feel now that Lampard has left Chelsea to be on the verge of joining a bigger club in Man City?

He'll probably feel "embarrassed for you" and ask if you "enjoyed your Friday night"

Bets on how long it will be before he kisses the badge of whatever club he joins?
