YateleyRoyal http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11668/9041852/chelsea-star-frank-lampard-is-not-thinking-about-his-future

"Having been at Chelsea for 13 years now, I can't quite see myself playing in the Premier League anywhere else. Anywhere in England really.

Nearly 9 months ago, he said he couldn't see himself playing for another PL club. At that moment in time, who could?

It's a lot different from saying "I'll never play for another PL club"

still though, nice to see some people still obsessed with the best English midfielder of our generation

You miss the point

Of course this thread is to discuss the greatest English midfielder of our generation, but to use it to make a lie out of what he's said - that's obsession I'm afraid.

Swing and a miss. All I did was post an article and highlight a quote from it - I didn't make anything up, lie or otherwise. Nice try.

I notice that he was rather quiet when a professional, but now he's not playing he's opening his mouth about another player (and ex-team mate)

Gobshite behaviour - no wonder from Scholes, a good player who lacked the minerals as an individual to take penalties or free kicks for his team

Yeah, what a bottle job, should have manned up. It's not like he spent most of his career playing along side David Beckham or Cristiano Ronaldo now, is it?

Have always said that he was lucky to be surrounded by such great players, thanks for agreeing with me

You also happen to r8 North Reading over West Reading, which says everything that needs to be said about your crummy opinions

I think Scholes is too busy reading his kids bedtime stories to care.

TBF that's the only black mark on Lampard's record for me (r8ing him for roasting birds in Ayia Napa and for getting lashed up and abusing Americans, who are quite frankly unberable kants at the best of times)
