Going M40, M42 to East Midlands then on and off M1, Did that last time I drove there and beat my mate that lived in Fleet and did M1, M25 by nearlt an hour.

The M40 Northbound from bicester to Cher well valley is closed. 30 car crash according to the BBC.

it's going to be a nightmare getting there no matter what way you go, with both the M40 and M1 closed, as well as the start of half term the traffic is going to be awful. Getting there and back is going to be emotional.

Nightmare..... M40 shut only to try M1 to find the same.

We have turned around after trying different routes.

Best of luck to all who persist with getting there and back today.

Traffic really isn't as bad as people make out. Go through Middleton stoney and give your self an extra 40 mins. 25 minutes from derby

Had a clear run up to now...

Sat nav still saying 2 hours 10 mins and this traffic isn't helping.

Going to be a close shave to make kick off, do you think realistically they could delay kick off?

Left later than planned but knew about the blockages, so was able to avoid them by going directly north via Aylesbury and Northampton then onto M1. Bit touch and go but should make kick off.

Can't imagine they'd delay kickoff if the west brom - west Ham match went on as normal.
