£4m for a proven goalscorer nowadays is not expensive. If we are serious about getting back to the premiership we have to make this type of signing. If its just a pipe dream then the £1m on Sa may be just enough to keep us in the division. In the Times last saturday we were tipped for relegation together with Rotheram & Huddersfield. Think its going to be a long hard season unless we can sign a goalscorer.

Given that we bid £1m+ for Donaldson and around £2m(?) for Beric, it will be pretty frustrating if we end up not bringing anyone in.
