Another good signing for them following Shelvey but also another example of over inflated prices in January.

Yeah, if they keep buying that type of player they'll eventually have a player who puts in a full 90 mins, follows instructions and shots on target. Just a shame it'll be 6 names on the team sheet.

Don't rate him.

Think he will be on loan in the championship in about two seasons.

Him and Shelvey aren't two players I'd necessarily want to sign for a relegation battle tbh.

A lifetimes worth of money in the bank from going on a few weeks hot streak for Spurs and scoring a goal for England.

Assuming he doesn't spunk it all on pimped up Range Rovers and dodgy blondes with fake tits, he should be made for life already. Hard life innit.

Think he'll be a really good signing for them.

If he can get back to the player he was he could be great for them.

17 minutes of competitive football in the last year apparently, he is about to turn 32 as well.

must be a pay as you play deal, that would be the only way to try and get some hunger out of him. Otherwise I can't see palace paying him £100,000 a week to sulk on the bench.

He is still getting £65,000 a week from Spurs even though they cancelled his contract months ago. Palace paying the £35,000 a week to get him to 6 figures a week.

Thank God for that. I'd hate to think he was scratching around for 50p for the leccy meter.

Sky saying that Pato's loan move to Chelsea is complete.

Will be really interested to see how he does. He looked sensational at Milan when he first joined, then had a pcunt load of injuries and never seemed to recover.

Still only 26 years old now. His agent says he has turned down a move to China which would have made him the 3rd highest paid player in the world, as he wants to prove himself.

Read something yesterday where he said he feels back to his best because he has been playing out wide which is now his preferred position.

Winston Smith Ramires reportedly on his way to some Chinese club for £25M. would seem odd considering he is 28 years old and a regular at international level.

There was a story about one chinese team being forced to sell their keeper to another to get them into the group stage of the AFC champions league. There are two chinese teams in the play off round for this so .... leems segit

Where have Boro suddenly got all their cash from this season? Same applies to Derby actually. Really hope neither of them go up.
